• Pull container info from freight forwarders and enter data into an excel spreadsheet to ensure that shipments clear customs and are delivered to ports
• Manage booking and container pick up process
• Build, develop and maintain data and process for landed cost, ensuring that the system reflects the accurate data.
• Oversee the data/report requests process: tracking requests submitted, prioritization, approval, etc.
• Examine current process to evaluate for improvements.
• Prepare documentation for logistics operations (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.).
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education/Experience:

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office – particularly Excel and TEAMS
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in shipping industry and customers service experience - preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience with International freight forwarding logistics - preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in supply chain, operations, warehouse, or equivalent logistics experience
• Digital industry tools such as Transportation Management System (TMS) a plus
• Inventory management systems and ERP software applications is a plus
